Cathedral - Christopher Columbus

May 20, 1506 Columbus died in Valladolid. His pall bearers represent the regions of Castile, Aragon, Leon, and Navarre, identified by their shirts. He was buried first in Spain, then in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, then Cuba, & finally when Cuba gained independence from Spain, around 1900 he sailed home to Sevilla.
