Granada

We arrived at our hotel only to learn they did not have our reservation. Luckily I provided a copy of my email communication confirming my reservation. The desk clerk was very good and gave us a room upgrade, a discount for each night plus a 20% discount (we already had a 15% discount). Tonight we have a very large room that sleeps 4 with a sitting area, 2 TVs, lots of windows and is on the top floor of the hotel so  it has view (by European standards). We will have to change rooms tomorrow because this large room is reserved. This pic is only shows one room, there is another bedroom & bathroom.
