Our last day in Barcelona was to have been a beach day but the weather was only 23 & cloudy, & it felt  cool. Hmmmm, what to do ..... Shopping. We made the rounds to the local shops, chain stores & department stores. Lots of US chain stores. I bought a few things from a small local shop & Mark bought some European clothing from H&M.  Stay tuned for my fashion blog. By the afternoon it was hot, perfect beach weather, but we decided to hang out at Placa de Catalunya, the main square with fountains, grass, benches, lots of people and even more pigeons. The Apple store is close to the square so we would drop by to check messages as the hotel Internet was slow.
